Baz-Art collaborated with Viva con Agua to create Walls 4 Water.
Seven visual artists implemented murals in the Eastern Cape, where Viva con Agua held The WASH programme. The theme for each of the three murals was 'WASHEROES'. The WASH programme used the hero designs as a learning tool.
WASH programmes were held at three Primary schools, which directly involved eighty students per school. The objective was to create a transformative environment around WASH and to teach practices about certain hygiene practices. Students learnt how to immediately and sustainably improve their everyday health and hygiene situation in a fun and creative way and share this knowledge with their families and communities. This was done through the murals, workshops and a comic book.
