Salt River boasts some iconic street art from 20 years ago. Most painted walls stem from the International Public Art Festival (IPAF) held in and around Salt River. Artists from South Africa and worldwide have adorned the facades of over 125 buildings in an extraordinary display of artistic self-expression and empowering messaging.
