Following the relaunch of their brand attitude, Impossible is Nothing, adidas has created a larger-than-life painted mural, celebrating local athletes and creators who have chosen to push the boundaries of what’s possible, rather than succumb to the many challenges they’ve faced.
The mural is hand-painted on one of the cooling towers next to the iconic FNB stadium in Soweto. It features well-known South African athletes and creators Thulani Hlatshwayo, Siya Kolisi, Wayde van Niekerk, Zinhle Ndawonde, Anruné Weyers, Thebe Magugu and Dee Koala who have all achieved the supposed impossible, despite their personal circumstances.
