JonOne’s piece titled, The Zulu Dance was inspired by South Africa specifically the coloring of the South African flag, the unity and the diversity the country embodies. faces enormous challenges which are obvious in the eyes of the people who live here. “I tried to do something with the colors of the flag, where each colour represents something significant about the history and the future of SA. When you look at the mural, I think you can also imagine it’s an African wax." Says JonOne.
