Refraction, the nature of where light goes when on an inevitable and infrequently noticed journey through water.
Above the clouds of complete saturation, it expands and is slowly, laterally, let go into the pools of cola water of the South African reservoir.
A swim and a moment, close to home, a reflection on the beach. As you stand, you are small in it’s eyes but walk forward and you will become bigger, but only to me and those alongside me.
