As a business owner or homeowner, your property holds more potential than you might realise.

Why Your Wall Matters

Every blank wall represents an opportunity—an opportunity to make a statement, engage with the community, and even generate revenue. Public art will transform your property, attracting attention from renters and bringing foot traffic to your businesses. For homeowners, it’s a chance to enhance the aesthetics of your facade or perimeter wall and contribute to a vibrant, creative environment.

At Baz-Art, we specialise in transforming blank walls into something impactful, artistic, and income-generating. By offering your space for commissioned public art, you not only unlock a new revenue stream but also boost your property’s value, appeal, and reputation, setting it apart in a competitive market.

Boost your income

Let us help you turn your unused wall into an income-generating and community-building opportunity through a partnership with Baz-Art. By offering your wall for a mural or creative installation, you are not only enhancing your space but also creating an opportunity for your real estate to work harder for you with minimal effort on your part.

Here’s how it works; we add your wall to our portfolio of rentable spaces, and when a client commission fits the size and location of your wall, we’ll propose the project to you. You’ll even have a say in the artwork, ensuring that it aligns with your preferences.

Once you agree, we establish a rental period for the artwork. You can earn anywhere from R5,000 to R150,000 per month, depending on the size and visibility of your wall. It’s a straightforward process designed to benefit you financially, while also offering flexibility and control over what goes on your property.

Create Impact

When you collaborate with us your wall becomes more than just a canvas but a platform for job-creation.  Every project involves a team of local artists, muralists, and coordinators who bring the vision to life. This means your property will not only stand out, but you’ll also be supporting skilled individuals, helping to create employment opportunities in your community.

Art has always held the power to transform spaces, inspire communities and spark conversations. In offering your wall you are not just making a business decision but a creative impact. You’ll be part of a movement that celebrates artistic expression while uplifting your surroundings. Whether it’s a mural that tells your story or a design that reflects the energy of the neighbourhood, your wall can become a beacon of creativity and innovation.
