Carbon title

For this artwork I wanted to pay homage to the mural I created for the International Public Art Festival (Salt River). I did this by reusing the word carbon; which not only mimics the stamp but references a carbon copy.
I also associate the word carbon with ‘carbon footprint’, again making reference to the urban environment (where street art and graffiti is found).
I also reused the colour palette, including the same wall paint used on the house for my background. The yellow stripe/margin on the right emulates the yellow street markings and fire hydrant, which in mind complemented the mural.
