Baz-Art is a young, growing, and dynamic company  serving commercial and NGO based clients to carry their messages across to audiences in innovative and visually dynamic forms. 

Based in Cape Town and operating nationally and internationally as the largest public and street art platform in Africa, this emerging company builds bridges between communities, neighbourhoods, businesses, and educational systems by creating street art in many forms. 

With its growth from its small roots in Salt River, Cape Town, Baz-Art now operates in all major cities in South Africa and is expanding its footprint to other African cities, with an eye on Europe and the Americas. The company is focused on finding new clients to grow their  client  and sponsor base ,to fuel the company‚Äôs rapid growth plans.

Reporting to the Directors, you will be charged with sourcing new contacts and clients, building up long-term relationships and, in many cases, building partnerships with institutes and companies, as well as selling direct assignments and contracts. You will be responsible for developing business in new markets that have not previously taken street art seriously. Additionally, you will maintain existing relationships with cities, the United Nations, Charlize Theron Foundation, and many local and international institutions. We are also very proud to have corporate clients, such as Apple and Adidas, for whom we work across the continent. 

Applicants must have excellent communication skills and a minimum of five years of sales experience in the marketing or event industry. The ability to develop new business markets for Street Art, will be to your advantage. Applicants must have excellent writing skills that will make any proposals impossible to refuse and an ability to clinch deals.
