Join the Vibrant Street Art Movement

Baz-Art is a young, growing and dynamic company serving the commercial and NGO movement clients in getting the message across to its audiences in an innovative and graphic fashion. Based in Cape Town, and operating in the national and international arena as the largest public and street art platform in Africa, this emerging company builds bridges between communities, neighbourhood groups, businesses and educational systems through creating street art in many forms.

With the growth of the organisation from its small roots in Salt River in Cape Town, it now operates in all major cities in South Africa and is now expanding its footprint to other African cities and has its eye on Europe and the Americas.  However, this growth means additional funding is needed to ensure stability to sustain this growth and expand as planned, and this is where you come in.

Reporting directly to the Directors, you will be charged with raising significant, as in multi-million, donations and sponsorships from both local and international sources, through building up long-term relationships and in many cases partnerships with institutes and company funders as well as direct assignments and contracts.  You can also build on existing relationships we have with, among others, UNICEF, the Charlize Theron Foundation, UNAID and various bodies in the United Nations.

Your excellent communication skills linked to a minimum of five years; experience in raising funds for projects and NGOs, your skill in writing non-refusable proposals and clinching deals for funds, will qualify you for this position which carries with it a competitive remuneration package and the opportunity to grow in your career.

Please send your MAXIMUM FOUR PAGE CV, to lucretia@baz-art.co.za, together with a portfolio of related projects on which you have worked.
